Cancellation Policy
At Jay Namkeen, we work hard to process and dispatch your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of fresh products. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.

- If your cancellation request is received in time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once your order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- In such cases, the order will be treated as a confirmed purchase and delivered to you.
3. Refunds on Cancellation
- If your order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details or process the refund via digital wallet.
4. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
- Jay Namkeen reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms & Conditions is suspected.
- In such cases, the customer’s account may be restricted from placing future orders.
